Once you have registered your firm, this is how to submit business to Scottish Widows Bank.

Download the documents

Make sure your client has the right documents (below) and that they’ve seen the correct Key Benefits and Key Details for their products

Fill in the forms

Complete application forms and Direct Debit if needed. If your client wants internet and phone banking, fill in the form (PDF, 69KB)

Send the forms to us
