We recognise large protection cases, and the needs of your high-net-worth clients can be complex. We provide a bespoke service for large cases to get your clients covered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Our bespoke service is available to the following cases:

  • Life cover ≥ £1 million
  • Critical Illness (CI) cover ≥ £500,000
  • Monthly premium of ≥ £1,000 per month or £12,000 per annum

Our process in more detail

High Net Worth application submitted and received on our system

  • Once a piece of underwriting evidence is received, the Case Manager will call or email you to confirm receipt and that this will be reviewed by an underwriter.
  • If any further evidence is necessary upon receipt the Case Manager will call or email you to confirm.
  • Weekly updates will be sent to inform you on the position of your case.

Underwriting

  • Your case will be assigned a team of dedicated Underwriters and will be reviewed with required evidence and updated to an underwriting summary sheet as 'current process'.
  • The case will then be returned to your Case Manager to follow up.

Case Manager to obtain required evidence and keep in regular contact

  • Your Case Manager will contact you to confirm required evidence to underwrite the case. 
  • As part of the process we will regularly follow up with GP surgeries, third party medical providers and yourself for any outstanding evidence.
  • We will also keep you up to date with the progress of any outstanding evidence.

Once any piece of evidence is received

  • Once a piece of underwriting evidence is received, the Case Manager will call or email you to confirm receipt and that this will be reviewed by an underwriter.
  • If any further evidence is necessary upon receipt the Case Manager will call or email you to confirm.
  • Weekly updates will be sent to inform you on the position of your case.
