Our āquote and applyā is easy and straightforward
Register for Online Servicing to complete illustrations and applications. You can also access our secure tools and manage your clients' portfolios safely online.

Use our 'Quick Quote' option for an initial assessment of suitability. Or complete a full illustration if you have all your clients' details.
Once your client is ready you can complete a full application.

You can run an illustration for the following retirement planning and retirement income options:
- Retirement Planning (includes our one step quick quote option)
- Retirement Planning with Immediate Vesting (includes our Drip Feed Drawdown option)
- Retirement Income (Drawdown to Drawdown Transfers)

- Applications can be made online without a signature
- where transfers are coming from non-Origo schemes you can apply online however please ensure you complete the transferring scheme details so that we can progress with the transfer
- where an employer or third party is contributing to the plan, applications can be made online without a signature if the third party or senior management of employer confirms by email they are happy for payment to proceed
- the information you input into our online quote and apply system, along with the Declaration and Important Notes, will be sent to your client(s) in the form of an Application Summary
- for applications that canāt be made online, you can download and print a pre-populated application when you produce an illustration.

- a copy of our Retirement Account Key Features (PDF, 2MB) and / or Retirement Account for Retirement Income Key Features (PDF, 609KB)
- discharge papers (if applicable)
- a nomination form (PDF, 510KB) ā weāll also accept an email instruction from your client with their nomination instructions
- Important Notes for Applications (PDF, 67KB)
- details of the remuneration you have agreed.

- Completed Confirmation of Verification of Identity (PDF, 513KB)
- Capped to Flexible Drawdown form (if applicable)(PDF, 99KB)
- Bank details to make payments to the plan and, where applicable, for payment of tax-free cash sum and income payments. Where payments to the plan are on behalf of your client, your client must be the account holder and must also be the only person required to authorise debits from the account.

- If your client changes their mind and wishes to cancel their policy (within the 30 day cancellation period), the amount returned may be less than was invested.
- If your client transfers from another pension plan, they could lose any guaranteed benefits and may not be able to return to it.
